Technical Project Consultant

As a Technical Project Consultant, you are responsible for delivering our smart locker projects for customers. From the moment a project is sold, you take the lead. You ensure that our solution is implemented successfully both technically and organizationally. Your role sits exactly at the intersection of technology, project management, and customer interaction.

Your responsibilities include:

Project management: You take the lead on projects from the moment the deal is closed. With your organizational skills, you ensure smooth execution and delivery. Naturally, you create a solid plan for each customer project and monitor it closely.

Customer coordination: You work closely with the customer to understand their needs and ensure that our software solutions seamlessly align with their processes.

Detailed project description: You clearly describe how our locker solution will function and ensure that the customer workflow is clear for all parties involved.

Internal collaboration: You regularly coordinate with colleagues from Production, Sales, Installation, and Development to ensure the customer is delivered as a true ambassador.

Configuration and documentation: You are responsible for correctly configuring the customer settings in our software and providing the customer with the necessary documentation and manuals.

No two projects are the same. You work with different customers, systems, and situations. Sometimes a project goes exactly according to plan — sometimes it requires extra creativity and collaboration to reach the best solution. That dynamic is exactly what makes this role challenging and interesting. We are therefore looking for someone who enjoys coming up with solutions, maintains a clear overview of projects, and can guide colleagues and customers in the right direction.

You are someone who brings structure to projects, is technically curious, and enjoys working with people.

In addition, you recognize yourself in the following:

• HBO level of working and thinking
• Affinity with IT, software, or technical solutions
• Experience with projects or implementations is a plus
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
• You are able to balance technical aspects with customer needs
• You work in a structured way and maintain clear oversight
• You are positive, solution-oriented, and think in possibilities
• Willing to occasionally travel to customers
• In possession of a category B driver’s license
