What you’ll do

As a Support Engineer, you are able to assist our customers—both nationally and internationally—professionally and effectively.

You understand the customer’s question and provide first-line support.

When necessary, you escalate issues to second-line support.

In addition to delivering first-line support, which you master down to the smallest detail, you will support software consultants and IT developers in their work where needed.

You will also test and prepare our installations.

Furthermore, you are our eyes and ears when it comes to identifying incidents: you analyze, document, and report them.

All of this with the goal of raising our quality to an even higher level.

Do you recognize yourself in this?

Clear and effective communication comes naturally to you. In addition, you are a logical thinker, work accurately, and truly understand the customer.
In terms of knowledge and competencies, your profile would look roughly like this:

  • MBO (level 4) working and thinking level;
  • Preferably several years of experience in a similar role;
  • Affinity with IT/software;
  • Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus;
  • Ability to understand customer needs;
  • Customer-oriented and enthusiastic, without losing sight of commercial interests;
  • Strong planning skills combined with decisiveness and stress resistance.
