Using our locking solutions for the sale or rental of items and products allows you to effortless provide perfect service to employees, visitors, customers, and passers-by. The allocation of lockers to users can be fixed (a user has their ‘own’ locker) or flexible (a user is allocated a locker each time). You can of course also combine this, or allow anonymous use.
With the aid of the many available APIs, you can easily link your own (user) management system – Magister, Microsoft Active Directory, Exact, Afas, ServiceNow etc. – with our innovative cloud software. For locker management, you can also easily use your own data from your HR, stock or access control system.
You can opt to have users pay before they can open the locker with an item, or to rent/buy an article on account. This is for example handy for your employees, allowing them to order via their account. Payment can be carried out directly to you, using payment terminals in the locker wall, or via the Keynius smartphone app.

The management of lockers and users (authentication, authorisation, communication) is performed centrally via Keynius online. Administrators can simply log in via the browser on their PC or laptop.
With our innovative locking software, you always have an overview of which items or products have been sold or rented, and therefore the exact stock status of the lockers. The renter of an item can also submit the status of the item when returning it to the locker, for example the renter might have observed a defect. This always gives you complete control over the rental process and your items.
In the online management software, your administrators can easily compile and download real-time and historical reports, for instance about the use of the lockers, stock levels (locker level) and rental administration.
