Our locking software allows you to determine the manner of authentication (access) that best fits your situation. For example via the terminal (screen) in the locker wall, at the locker via a pass or tag, combination lock, fingerprint, pin code, RFID, QR or barcode, bluetooth (BLE), or via the Keynius smartphone app.
The management of lockers and users (authentication, authorisation, communication) is performed centrally via Keynius online. Here you also monitor the status of the items which are available via the lockers (locker stock management). Administrators can simply log in via the browser on their PC or laptop.
With our innovative locker software, you always have an overview of which items or products have been dispensed, and therefore the exact stock status of the lockers.
In the online management software, your administrators can easily compile and download real-time and historical reports, for instance about the use of the lockers, stock levels (locker level) and sales administration.

You determine who has access to the lockers. Only employees, for example, or everyone who needs them? Registered or anonymous? And you of course know the exact status of your locker stocks.
With the aid of the many available APIs, you can easily link your own (user) management system – Magister, Microsoft Active Directory, Exact, Afas, ServiceNow etc. – with the locker management software. For locker management, you can also easily use your own data from your HR, stock or access control system, for example.
You can choose to make items available for free, or have users pay for them. This can be done on the spot via debit card, via the smartphone app, on tab, or for example via an employee account.
