The allocation of lockers to users can be fixed (a user has their ‘own’ locker) or flexible (a user is allocated a new locker each time). You can of course also combine this, or allow anonymous use.
Our locking software allows you to use the locker authentication that best fits your situation. For example via a pass or tag, combination lock, fingerprint, pin code, RFID, QR or barcode, bluetooth (BLE), or most conveniently via the smartphone app.
The management of lockers and users (authentication, authorisation, communication) takes place centrally via the Keynius Portal. Administrators can simply log in via the browser on their PC or laptop.
It is possible to allow users to reserve a locker beforehand, potentially requiring payment. This offers an extra service, assuring users that they will have a locker available.
In the online management software, your administrators can easily compile and download real-time and historical reports, for example about the use of the lockers, stock levels (locker level) and rental administration.

With the aid of the many available APIs, you can easily link your own (user) management system – Magister, Microsoft Active Directory, Exact, Afas etc. – with our innovative cloud software. For locker management, you can also easily use your own data from your HR or access control system.
You can choose to have users pay for the use of a locker (on the spot). This can be done using the payment terminals on the locker wall, online via the Keynius smartphone app, or via your company website.
