With a smart locker management system for personal belongings and/or luggage, tourists, passengers and visitors can store their personal belongings for a certain amount of time. Such a storage option allows the users to enjoy the activity without having to carry around their luggage.
With Keynius, any form of locker authentication can be set up, for example, via a pass or tag, combination lock, fingerprint, pin code (via the terminal), RFID, QR- or barcode, bluetooth (BLE) or the smartphone app.
The management of lockers and users (authentication, authorisation, communication) takes place centrally via the online software. Administrators can simply log in via the browser on their PC or laptop.
It is possible for visitors and customers to reserve a locker beforehand (depending on your requirements). This is possible via the Keynius smartphone app.
With the Keynius smartphone app (Android and IOS), users can perform all the most common actions, such as reserve, rent, open, if necessary pay for and close lockers.
Keynius can be integrated into a payment platform. This allows visitors and customers to pay online beforehand or via a payment terminal (cashless) at the lockers.
Keynius can be linked to any other system. This allows one to use existing customer or staff data.

Keynius is a cloud application, meaning that in addition to the optimal security of our environment, you no longer have to worry about installation, management, and updates. Due to Keynius being a cloud application, administration and locker usage only require a computer or smartphone with an internet connection. The administration for rent and deposit is also handled easily and intuitively via Keynius.
