With Keynius, any form of locker authentication can be set up, for example, via a pass or tag, combination lock, fingerprint, pin code (via the terminal), RFID, QR- or barcode, bluetooth (BLE) or the smartphone app.
With the Keynius smartphone app (Android and IOS), users can perform all the most common actions, such as reserve, rent, open, if necessary pay for and close lockers.
The administrator can always see via the Keynius platform which user borrowed a certain company resource, when this happened, and whether they returned it.
Keynius can be linked with an Active Directory or your access control system. This allows your employees to keep using any current staff passes or tags to operate the lockers.
The administrator has access to real-time and historical (user) reports via Keynius online, anywhere, any time. This means you always have insight into who, what, where and when, regarding the use and borrowing of company resources.
The management of lockers and users (authentication, authorisation, communication) takes place centrally via the online software Keynius. Administrators can simply log in via the browser on their PC or laptop.
Users can reserve a certain tool or company resource to borrow beforehand. This is easily done via the Keynius smartphone app.
Lockers can be equipped with electrical outlets. This allows one to immediately charge rechargeable devices so the next user isn’t left with an empty machine.
Via Keynius, administrators can modify all kinds of functions and settings regarding the use of the lockers, such as time settings for borrowing equipment, or blocking, adding and removing users.
Every locker wall can be set up for various purposes. For example, one part can be used for the dispensing/lending of (company) equipment, and another part of the lockers for storing personal belongings.
