What you’ll do
Help us expand in the U.S. with smart locker solutions.
At Keynius, we are building the future of smart access and storage. With our innovative smart locker solutions, we help organizations worldwide work smarter, more efficiently, and securely. To support our growth in the United States, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven Partner Development Manager to build and grow our partner ecosystem.
As a Partner Development Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our partner strategy in the U.S. You'll build, develop, and activate a strong network of partners that successfully bring our solutions to market.
Keynius operates fully through partners in the U.S.
You will:
- Recruit and onboard new partners in your region
- Build strong, long-term strategic relationships
- Identify and develop commercial opportunities together with partners
- Support partners on large customer projects and rollouts
- Enable partners through training, sales support, and commercial guidance
- Track pipeline, performance, and growth
- Gather market insights and translate them into improvements
- Recruit end clients, when possible, to support partners
Do you recognize yourself in this?
What you bring:
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales, B2B sales, or business/partner development
- Experience working with indirect (partner-led) sales models
- Proven ability to build and grow partner relationships
- Strong commercial mindset with focus on long-term value
- Experience with complex or project-based sales
- Ability to work independently in an international environment
- Affinity with software-enabled and solution-based products
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel across the U.S.
Nice to have:
- Experience in smart lockers, workplace solutions, proptech, or related sectors
- Existing network in relevant U.S. channels
- Experience building a partner network in a growth market
What you will achieve in your first 12 months:
- Build a strong partner network across the U.S.
- Activate partners to successfully sell and deliver projects
- Contribute to large, visible customer projects
- Directly impact revenue growth in the U.S. market
