Insight Test

At Phil Haarlem, they did a thorough renovation this year. In the process, we replaced the lockers we previously installed at Phil with beautiful electronic, custom-made HPL lockers. Both the locker walls, with a total of 224 lockers, and the panelling to the ceiling were installed.

 

The lockers have been placed in the entrance area of the concert hall and are equipped with the Keynius locking system. The lockers are suitable for storing coats and/or bags. Phil offers visitors two types of lockers: medium lockers (about two coats and a small bag) and large lockers (about two coats, a backpack and a helmet).

 

 

Renting locker through web app

The locker can be commissioned by scanning a QR code on site. This links to the Keynius web app where the desired format can be chosen and the locker can be paid for directly. Using the web app, the user can open the locker as often as desired during the visit. The link to the locker can be shared with multiple users. At the end of the visit, the locker will be released again.

Currently, there are over 2,200 lockers installed across eight locations equipped with smart locking technology from Keynius. These lockers, located primarily in the crew centre, cater specifically to KLM’s flight personnel. In addition to standard clothing lockers, there are extra-large compartments designed to accommodate roller suitcases with ease.

The Keynius App and smart touchscreen interface enable quick and effortless access, including pre-reserved lockers.

 

Efficient Remote Management

The locker management system allows remote oversight, giving administrators the ability to monitor locker usage, analyse statistics, and manage operations efficiently.
