About Keynius

Creating smart, high-tech locker solutions is Keynius' mission. With years of experience and knowledge in the locker industry, we've developed a unique vision for locker use. Supported by our in-house software development team, we've successfully translated this vision into unique, flexible, and innovative locker software. Combined with our proprietary locks, Smarty terminal, and connectivity hardware, this results in the Keynius solution. With this, we and our team are conquering the world.

What you’ll do

As a software consultant, you'll be the project manager responsible for implementing our smart locker projects. These are primarily projects in the Netherlands, but also for partners worldwide. Your project management expertise and affinity for IT will enable you to deliver a project with a client as your ambassador. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Project management

You take charge of projects from the moment the deal is closed. Your organizational skills ensure smooth execution and delivery. Naturally, you develop a solid schedule for each client project and monitor it with passion.

  • Customer Alignment

You work closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure that our software solutions seamlessly integrate with their processes.

  • Detailed description

You describe in detail how our locker solution will function and ensure that the customer workflow is clear to all parties involved.

  • Internal collaboration

You regularly consult with colleagues from Production, Sales, Assembly and Development to ensure that the customer is delivered as an ambassador.

  • Configuration and documentation

You are responsible for correctly configuring the customer settings in our software and providing the customer with the necessary documentation and manuals.

Although our software is already packed with innovative features, you might occasionally encounter a request for a new feature that could be a valuable addition to our software. For this, please contact our Development department.

In this role, you'll have frequent contact with your sales colleagues who agreed on the solution with the client, the Installation/Implementation colleagues who install and deliver the project, the IT colleagues responsible for the software side of our solutions, any other IT suppliers engaged by the client, and, of course, with the client's own employees responsible for project execution.

Do you recognize yourself in this?

As far as we're concerned, there are four core skills our new software consultant has mastered to perfection: (commercial) communication, thinking ahead, clear elaboration, and project-based/planned work. As for your knowledge and competency list, it should look something like this:

  • HBO work and thinking level, preferably with a completed HBO education
  • At least several years of work experience in a similar position - Affinity with IT/software
  • Strong communication skills (Dutch, English and possibly German and/or French) and able to connect with all people involved in a client project
  • A keen eye for 'the question behind the question'
  • Willing to travel regularly for work (to our International clients)
  • The ability to clearly explain matters such as agreements, flows and functionalities
  • Customer-oriented and enthusiastic without losing sight of commercial interests
  • Project-oriented / Systematic strength combined with decisiveness and stress resistance
  • In possession of a driving license B

What do we offer

  • We offer you a competitive salary, depending on your education and experience. Indicative salary range: €3,500 – €5,000;
  • Pension plan at Nationale Nederlanden
